Veramente carino
Sono stato con mia figlia e con la mia compagna per tre giorni... Il posto é bello ma è la familiaritá degli ambienti e del panorama che sono eccellenti. Poi è praticamente a 15 minuti da firenze e 5 da fiesole...Ci torneremo... Grazie loredana sei troppo cara e gentile. Mia figlia si é innamorata del Fornaccio e mi chiede sempre di te. Vincenzo

Vacanza e coccole
Siamo rimasti entusiasti di questo soggiorno perche abbiamo travato esattamente quanto volevamo: paesaggio mozzafiato. uno stralcio sulla ntrura che lascia il segno una padrona di casa accogliente e disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire in vacanza a casa nostra un ritorno al passato da suggerire a chi ricerca un contatto genuino con la natura

Beautiful place with beautiful people
Il fornaccio is one of the best places I have ever stayed at. The place is located in a charming & quiet little town, overlooking lovely hills, olive groves & the beautiful city of florence. In the night too, the view is breath taking. The rooms are spacious, cosy & very tastefully done. One can spend hours sitting in the garden absorbing the calm & simple joy of pure nature. Loredana's hospitality makes one feel at home right away. The breakfast spread was very nice too.
I would like to thank Loredana, her lovely little bundle of energy "Eleanora" & Nana for making our stay memorable.
Tip: If travelling on a weekend, be sure to check up the bus & train schedule from Florence.

Paradise
Il Fornaccio is beautifully situated in the hills above Florence. In the evening we could see the sun set over the city and at night the city lights of Florence, whilst relaxing in the quiet peaceful countryside. The house is wonderful, the rooms are spacious and Loredana immediately makes you feel completely at home. She is generous, thoughtful and accommodating. Breakfast was one of the most generous I have had in Europe. We are travelling by car with our 2 daughters (8 & 9)and they loved the garden. Loredana even took time to help us sort out some accommodation difficulties we experienced in another location. I recommend this beautiful place and it's kind generous host for people wanting a break from big cities. My only regret, we didn't stay longer!

Genuine hospitality, great setting
Because of its pretty location, cozy size and convenient amenities, Bed & Breakfast Il Fornaccio is a lovely place to stay. Its owner will immediately make you feel at home. The two guest rooms are comfortable and tastefully appointed. We slept very well here in the peace and quiet of the country setting and were delighted by breakfast.
We enjoyed relaxing in the outside areas where you can soak in the sun on south facing terraces or rest under the generous shade of an enormous elm tree. The views over the valley are breathtaking and it's easy to take pretty walks into the hills, straight from the B+B's doorstep. Also, having free access to internet was very handy. I just wish we could have stayed longer! We would recommend Il Fornaccio to both couples and to families.
